I just HAD TO upload something by 'Rockpile', "the best down the line, no holds barred, shit or bust rock'n'roll band in Britain" (as Patrick Humphries once coined 'em - and quite rightly so!).

Although Dave Edmunds, Nick Lowe, Billy Bremner and Terry Williams never really delivered something like a bad gig, on November 4, 1978 the 'Rockpile' bulldozer was in particularly fine form. And the crowd was on fire, too. This track must count as one of their - if not THE - best live version(s) of Mickey Jupp's manifesto against flying. Dave's lead vocals are a treat, Billy's lead guitar is nothing less than sublime and the well-oiled pairing of Nick and Terry in the rock'n'roll engine room is unrivalled - enjoy!
