This song is a sequel to the much better known "Jean and Dinah", a.k.a. "Yankees Gone", by the Mighty Sparrow.

"Jean and Dinah" dealt with the plight of islanders (especially the island women) with the closing of an American naval base and the departure of the sailors.
The sequel has to do with the return of Yankees, but this time with money to buy out the islands, rather than simply looking for the kind of fun that sailors ordinarily seek out.
