I tried to not be tired between 1PM and 4PM. Here's what happened. 💤
In this video you’ll learn how to beat that awful 1PM to 4PM slump (urgh). You know… when lunch is over and suddenly your bed looks hotter than your crush. We'll try different hacks (weapons) to fight this WITHOUT taking a nap or drinking coffee. Basically, we'll talk about why you crash in the afternoon and how to fix it.
