"Party in the CIA" is a parody of "Party in the U.S.A." by Miley Cyrus. The song is about a CIA operative and all the missions he goes on. Yankovic recognized that the original "Party in the U.S.A." was a sensational hit, and sought to find a topic to contrast the "pop, bubblegum-y fluff" of the original song.
