The U. S. Army Field Band and the Soldiers’ Chorus are setting out to entertain the Northeast with a tour that will include a performance in Springfield Symphony Hall on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 3pm.

The U.S. Army Field Band & Soldiers’ Chorus will present “This We’ll Defend,” a video-integrated, patriotic concert experience. With the support of more than 100 soldiers in the band, chorus, and behind the scenes, they will perform “We’ll Meet Again,” “Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay,” Neil Diamond’s “America,” “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” the traditional “Armed Forces Salute.”

Tickets for the free concert sponsored by MGM Springfield are available at Pride Convenience Stores starting Monday, April 8, 2024, and are currently available during regular business hours at the Springfield Visitors Center at 1319 Main Street, the security desk at One Financial Plaza, 1350 Main Street, Springfield, or by sending self-addressed stamped envelope to Spirit of Springfield, 1350 Main Street, Suite 1004, Springfield, MA 01103.
