A Daughter’s Song:

In our search through Scripture, we often try to explore the MIND of God, when the key would be to first seek the HEART of God. To seek His kingdom first.

We tell ourselves that, yes, we are here to adore God and love Him as commanded. But do we ever find time to tell Him we love Him? How absolutely lovely and adorable He is, as seen through the eyes of our heart? This is one such time, and we are made for such a time as this!

Joining me in this unison of praise are Seth Butler on voice and piano, with Julia Andreini on violin. Truly, where two or three are gathered in His name, there He is in our midst. I’m so thankful!

We really don’t have to wonder all our lives how His face looks like and what’s in our Father’s heart. We only have to COME to Him to KNOW Him.

This is true LOGOS: To have heard the Word of God and learned of the Father. To have heard from the Father and learned from Him (John 6:45).Taught by God, those who have heard and learned, come unto Christ. No one comes to the Father except through His Son Jesus. No one comes to Jesus except that the Father, Who has sent, draw him near. (See John 6:44-45)

All glory to God! For God the Father makes Himself known, in the most loving way possible, through His Son, my Beloved…. and by His own Spirit. He is always present and knows all. He is gracious with His time.

His praise ever be on my lips! Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach) is the Son after His own Father’s heart. He is the best example to lead us and for us to follow, for indeed He is the Way and there is no other. But the cost of true discipleship? We are to deny ourselves and take up our cross daily.

Do not quench the Holy Spirit! This personal indwelling of the Spirit of God brings us ever closer to the very heart of our Father in intimate relationship. This relationship is unparalleled and heart-to-heart.

It is not enough to constantly want more intel and seek revelation about things to come. The Revelation is Jesus Christ! Father God desires relationship; and a genuine, personal relationship with Him can only happen when we, sons and daughters, retreat into His silence and presence and pray to get to know our Father’s heart.

Song for God the Father:

Having received Christ and taken a Biblical worldview, it is our Father in Heaven Who now has the ultimate say in my life. It is my Lord Jesus Christ who makes the greatest difference in what i say yes or no to. To Him, my Beloved, I’ve given my wholehearted YES.

In this fatherless, even motherless generation, not everyone has this figure. Most people have influencers and idols. Many are misguided and lost. All the more, we need the Lord.

One thing I love about David, the shepherd/psalmist-turned-king, is that He always professed His need for the Lord. He always came back to God, repentant, triumphant, and rejoicing!

Despite the sad and sorry state of our stubborn, rebellious world, we have our sole Mediator, Jesus Christ, God the Son, constantly interceding for us to the Father. He is the Way to the Father, One with the Father. Everything we pray for, we pray in Jesus’ name!

If we only we knew what’s in our Heavenly Father’s heart, then we wouldn’t turn away from such love, grace, and mercy. We would run to where we last met and found Yeshua, and walk right into a hidden path; to a secret garden… the secret place of the heart and wisdom and glory of Elohim…

You weren’t there
