Music from the movie “Il Postino”, composed by Luis Bacalov and arranged for accordion by Paul de Bra. Performed in “De Muse” in Malden at 24 April 2016.
The Tinto Quintet consists of 5 accordionists who like the extra challenge of playing in a small ensemble next to their orchestra membership. The Dutch group (previously known as Zucca) is based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. Tinto ("colorful, with nuance") benefits from the musical advice by Elly Meekel.
