Experience the magic of the Rat Pack in this rare 1965 live performance of "Birth of the Blues," featuring Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr., with Johnny Carson as the emcee, special appearance by Joey Bishop and Peter Lawford

This historic concert took place at the Kiel Opera House in St. Louis (now the Stifel Theatre) as a fundraiser for Dismas House, the first halfway house for ex-convicts in the U.S., founded by Father Charles "Dismas" Clark. ​

Originally broadcast via closed-circuit television, the footage was thought lost for decades until rediscovered and released as part of the "Live & Swingin': The Ultimate Rat Pack Collection." ​

Uploaded for my uncle, who adored this performance and has since passed from cancer, this video now serves as a tribute in his memory.
