Don't you remember the old country church? It is so typical that they believe, teach and preach the King James Bible, sing those time-tested hymns of revival, practice the Christian handshake, have an old-fashioned mourner's bench, regular revival services and an invitation to come to know Jesus as Lord. You still hear people shouting and praising God and getting happy in the Spirit. Some services get longer than expected and they never get to preaching because of all the testifying. But most of all, they believe in an experimental knowledge of salvation. A true heartfelt experience of a conversion from a sinful nature to the grace of God. Count your blessings if that is what you experienced in your life. This is better than the secular humanist life or the dead religion that many are caught up in.
