Jay Roberts was a very talented pianist from California, and this is his best-known composition. It was released twice, first in 1910 in Oakland, California and again in 1912 in Chicago. What I've done here is to make a composite of both editions (the notes are basically identical in both), adding the author's note on page 1 from 1910 and the comments on pages 3 and 4 from 1912. Published by Pacific Coast Music Co. in Oakland in 1910 and by Forster Music in Chicago in 1912.
Original score source for the 1910 edition was from the University of Colorado Digital Sheet Music Collection (thank you to JohnJ1995 for finding this) at this link:

Original score source for the 1912 edition was from the Charles Templeton Sheet Music Collection at Mississippi State University at this link:

(The 1910 edition has better print quality of the two). This is a reproduction mainly of the 1910 edition but with additions from 1912 as stated above. The 1912 has extensive fingering notations which I have omitted. In several places I have added missing or implied accidentals for clarity.
I've taken the extreme liberty of adding a fifth page (measures 106 to 121) to this score for playback purposes only in which the repeat of the concluding section is played more slowly. In both editions this fifth page does not exist.
