This movie is based on a true story in Canada. A maternity home called Mercy home, and many children are born there. A little girl named Rae is also born there. But a midwife named Rose used to kill children and eat their blood to keep her youth. Again, many children are greedy for money. He would have sold it. He also tried to kill the child named Rai.However, a man named Talbot saves Rye and adopts her into a family. But Rai's mother was killed by Rose. Years later Rae and her husband Liam luckily moved to Mercy for a winter holiday. Rai was pregnant at the time. And there was a woman named Monica.Rye is frightened by the many dead souls in Mercy. Later realizes that her mother was there as well. But, it is later revealed that Monica is Mother Rose. I mean, that cannibal midwife. Talbot tells Rye the truth. Monica kills Rye's husband Liam too. Tries to kill Rye too, then Talbot kills Monica and helps Rye save her son.
