We’re celebrating the legacy of icon Paul Johnson by going back to his roots and the origin of surf music with The Belairs’ “Volcanic Action”.

“Volcano Bowl” cocktail recipe:
6 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz maple syrup
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz Demerara rum
2 oz gold Jamaican rum
1 oz gold Puerto Rican rum

Shake with crushed ice and pour into a tiki bowl filled with ice cubes. Serves two to four.
