Tamar Braxton has been married twice. Her first marriage was to music producer Darrell "Delite" Allamby in 2001, whom she met while collaborating on her debut album. The marriage lasted about two years, ending in divorce in 2003. In later interviews, Braxton revealed that the relationship was abusive, describing it as mentally and physically harmful. In 2008, she married music executive Vincent Herbert, with whom she shares a son, Logan, born in 2013. After nearly nine years of marriage, Braxton filed for divorce in 2017, citing irreconcilable differences; the divorce was finalized in 2019.
