OFallon Township HS music program is under the direction of MELISSA GUSTAFSON -HINDS with assistance from Philip Carter and Matthew Murphy. The Sudler Flag Award is a remarkable, even a once in a lifetime, achievement. It was presented to OTHS by Roy Holder, May 9, 2023. Following the presentation is a performance by the OTHS Wind Ensemble of Sousa’s famous Black Horse Troop March. The quality of musicianship is like that of any Military or professional band around the world. Enjoy!
