Exercise can be fun, uplifting, and life-giving when you have a healthy attitude towards moving your body. This music + movement combo will make you WANT to press play and dance away!

FIT TIP: We break down the complexity by starting with the footwork only. Once you get the rhythm, add the arms and sync up with the feet. In the chorus, the arms push down as the toe taps the ground and hip pops up. This creates a side crunch motion. In addition to strong abs and raising your cardio levels, the main muscle we care about working is in your face. Don’t forget to SMILE!
