Sharing our love with Israel, last December we had the honor of leading the largest ever congregational delegation to Israel, with 500 members of the Park Avenue Synagogue community. While for many it represented a spiritual pilgrimage, for me it was also a homecoming. Seeing my home country through my New York experience was illuminating, challenging, and ultimately, reflective. My highlight was leading two services in Jerusalem, which were recorded and filmed for a live album to be released this Fall. Here is a taste of that experience
