the TAB scrolls along with the music - fun to watch and makes learning easy!

here is song #12 from the Ventures Christmas Album - which was quite groundbreaking in it's day - this is one of my favorites on the album -

this one has it all!

there is some subtle whammy bar action here - vintage Strats and amps sounding so beautiful - a slide guitar track, laid over chords that have nothing to do with White Christmas

there is a juicy chord change for them to riff through -

as well as a mid-song key change (from A to C)

especially cool is the way lead guitar player Nokie Edwards riffs through the 2nd lines of the verses - 7 straight riffs, all on 2 strings - (outlining the melody "with every Christmas card i write") - this takes a lot of strength, control, touch, and feel to sound so natural like this! try it yourself- it is fun and not as easy as it sounds

notice the amazing bell part going on, as well

there was (at least one) additional guitar track recorded, doubling the lead guitar part
