Wow, Sinners! What an incredible experience this was. Might be not just Coogler's best, but also Ludwig's as well! Such an incredibly rich, beautiful, thoughtful score and film, perfectly harmonious with each element. I have some suites I want to make of this magnificent score, and the first one is the easiest; for the main vampire Remmick, they play the beginning phrases of Rocky Road to Dublin on what seems like a fiddle. It only plays twice, but it helps cement how important his Irish background is to his motivations in the film. Nothing much more to add, other than WOW that Irish jig was a highlight of the film. Riveting filmmaking.
