Roberto Delgado - alias Horst Wende - brings us the melancholic and beautiful song "Adios Mi Corazon" which was translated in English as "Goodbye My Heart". Apparently, the composer of this little 'serenade' is unknown - earliest traces go back to 1915 when American poet Charles Badger Clarke added English lyrics to the tune. The song has been performed by a number of well known artists since then - eg Herb Alpert and His Tijuana Brass released their version in the sixties.
Roberto Delgado and His Orchestra play it in the typical "Delgado style" which means that, besides some great trumpet solos, you also may expect some marimba, flutes and other 'tropical sounds' :)
