[INDONESIAN]
Resep Sambal Cabe Ijo (untuk 10 porsi)

Bahan:
65 gr cabai hijau keriting
95 gr cabai hijau
20 gr cabai rawit hijau
1 L air
1 sdt baking soda
1 sdt garam
10 siung bawang merah
7 siung bawang putih
150 ml minyak

Bahan lainnya:
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu jamur
½ sdm gula pasir
1-2 buah tomat hijau
5 lembar daun jeruk

Pelengkap:
nasi putih
timun
telur dadar

Cara membuat:
1. Didihkan air, rebus cabai hijau, cabai keriting hijau dan cabai rawit dengan baking soda dan garam selama 5 menit. Masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih pada 2 menit terakhir
2. Ulek cabai dengan ulekan hingga sedikit kasar kemudian iris tomat hijau
3. Panaskan minyak, masukkan daun jeruk dan tomat, masak sesaat
4. Masukkan sambal ijo, garam, kaldu jamur dan gula pasir, masak sesaat
5. Sambal cabe ijo siap disajikan

Green Chili Sambal Recipe (yield 10 servings)

Ingredients:
65 g curly green chili
95 g large green chili
20 g green Thai chili
1 L water
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
10 pc shallot
7 clove garlic
150 ml oil

Other ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mushroom bouillon
½ tbsp sugar
1-2 pc green tomato
5 pc lime leaf

Add-ons:
Rice
Cucumber
Omelette

Steps:
1. Bring water to a boil, then simmer large green chili, curly green chili, and green Thai chili with baking soda and salt for 5 minutes. Add shallots and garlic in the last 2 minutes.
2. Mash the chili until slightly coarse, then slice the green tomatoes.
3. Heat oil, add lime leaves and tomatoes. Cook briefly.
4. Add mashed green chili, salt, mushroom bouillon, and sugar. Cook briefly.
5. Green Chili Sambal is ready to serve.
