Unfulfilled love, desire, longing will consume us. Wōdan sought Billingas magwia, the Maiden of the Fleeting Moment. In this myth, the love and desire that is ripped away at any moment from the one who has let themselves be consumed will tear them apart. Demons tear at us from within and without. Love me like you love yourself, Ant Mér Sjalfri Þér, is the desire felt by anyone consumed by the need to be recognized by the one who turned away from them.
