Story Behind The Music: Do you believe God hears and answers prayers? It's maybe the simplest and most powerful means of communication we have. This heartfelt music David Archuleta made with our young musicians came to him in a dream. It is a humble and sincere musical prayer. We feel that the rising generation benefits from being given fewer sermons and more encouragement to ask for themselves. More encouragement to seek out the Divine on their own knees. My Little Prayer became the inspiration for an entire album of music focused on that principle. As he recorded live with our high school aged musicians he shared first hand his experience of receiving this song in a dream. He woke up and wrote it down exactly as he remembered it. The final product is music that reaches across religions and expresses a beautiful, simple faith.
