Description
On my new 10-string mandocello from TJ at Cricketfiddle. Tuned C-G-D-A-E, with octave pairs on the C, G and D. Top is Redwood. Back, sides and neck are maple. All natural finish. Using mostly J78 gage strings. This is a Sonny Chillingworth tune, in C (I think Sonny recorded it in an open G tuning, though).
