Tests have been done, showing that that overexpression of catalase targeted to mitochondria (mCAT) prolongs murine median lifespan by 17-21%.
This works in the same way for you, by directing the Catalase to Mitochondria.
It may not have drastic effects on younger people but older or with the modern day commercial diet it should be very helpful.
