Guitarist Daniel Volovets performs his original arrangement of several themes from the 1994 movie "Il Postino." This arrangement combines the movie's main theme with the theme of Beatrice, the film hero's love interest, and is performed on a custom-made Stephen Kakos 2011 classical/flamenco hybrid guitar. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, Daniel balances careers in music and medicine as a classical/jazz/flamenco guitarist and resident physician specializing in psychiatry. He has released several albums including the latest "Masquerade," an album of original compositions and arrangements that has been met with critical acclaim by audiences and some of the best guitarists in the world, including the great Sergio Assad.
