The Logical song written and composed by Roger Hodgson. In 1980 Roger won the Ivor Novello Award from the British Academy of Composers and Songwriters for this song. In 1974, the band released the album, Crime of the Century, with Rogers song Dreamer becoming their first hit and driving the album to the top of the charts. There are few vocalists instantly recognizable from the first few bars of a song but Roger Hodgson is certainly one of that unique group. Roger is the writer and composer of 90% of the ST hits, these classic songs are his babies, and his heart and soul comes through in every show.
