recently moved into a new home w roshni & figuring out life, especially dinners most of the time. it often feels like we’re whipping up a fusion recipe from whatever’s in the fridge. inspired by that, i decided to do the same with 'laila' - a base of retro synthwave for that rich, nostalgic flavour, a generous sprinkle of carnatic classical for depth and tradition, then spiced it up w high-energy punch of drum and bass. blended it all together, and here’s the final dish - hope it tastes good?
