I spend 21 hours a day in bed. plus eating meals and smoking cigarettes for the rest of the three ours equals 24 hours. since 2007 (27 years old) when I had severe osteoporosis for 7 years making it so I can only bench press .9 lb. since 2007 . and it never got better. and I've had over 800 fractures from the osteoporosis from doing normal everyday things like opening doors that were not heavy doors. I have 94 % bone loss and 94 % muscle loss which is one of the top worst cases of osteoporosis ever worldwide.
