Hell or High Water - The Song


This song was originally written and recorded by T Graham Brown in 1986 and went to # 1 on the country charts in both the US and Canada

In 2005 I recorded my second album "Kentucky Fried Celtc" down in Kentucky with Grammy award winning producer, Mark Goodman. He suggested this song would make a great addition to the album. We recorded it with the help of several Grand Old Oprey session players and the saxophone player who has played with the Memphis horns.

With the tragedy that has happened throughout Southern Alberta with severe flooding and numerous people being evacuated and or losing their homes, The lyrics of this song really embraces the hardship but also the coming together of communities to help their fellow neighbor.

If this song, this album, or my performance can at all help folks in Southern Alberta, please donate in hopes that in some small way, we can make a difference in peoples lives.
