Love me some Haydn! This li'l ditty comes from symphony no. 94 by Franz Joseph Haydn and has been nicknamed the 'surprise' symphony because... well, you'll figure it out.
Violin wise, off the string staccato ('staccato' just means you make a note shorter - it's marked in the music with the little dots above or below the notes) is quite tricky, so if you're not quite up to that try keeping the bow on the string but using short bows and pausing the bow between every note for the staccato notes.
Also I marked the high E's as open strings, but if you're comfortable with the 4th finger they really do sound much better with the 4th finger.
