It took about an hour to add the subtitles.

I started by using previous translations for reference:

Then I used Gaupol subtitle editor to add the subtitles and sync the timing. I mixed nice wording from both sources and fixed some grammatical errors.

It took another hour to find a subtitle embedding program for the video that actually worked.

I only know a little Japanese, so I can't verify the accuracy of the translation.
