Description
This is my video submission to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir's "World's Largest Virtual #Hallelujah Chorus" project!!!!! ^_^ ^_^ I am soooooo excited to join Mack Wilberg, Peter Hollens, Evynne Hollens, my friends in the Tabernacle Choir/Orchestra at Temple Square, & countless people around the world for this suuuuuuuuper special music video!!! ♪♪
For the last decade, I've dreamed of becoming a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, & now that I'm 25 (the minimum age), I can finally audition some day in the near future!!! The powerful music of the MoTab/OTS has been a HUGE part of my life ever since I was a teenager... :)
I've played the piano for many, many performances of the "Hallelujah Chorus" (& other movements of Handel's "Messiah") over the years, so it was a real treat to be able to SING this choral masterpiece for this video project! :D And I am soooooo proud of my cousin, Jeff Taylor, for being one of the masterminds behind this whole thing!! I seriously can't WAIT to see the completed virtual choir video on March 13th!! ♪♪
I filmed this video earlier today in the clubhouse of Carriage Cove Apartments in Provo, Utah...the video submissions are due by the end of today (3/1/16), so I barely squeezed this in before the deadline! ;) #dontjudgeme
