This one's a song written by Aidan about frustration. We thought the juxtaposition of a frustrated lyric and a really cheerful arrangement could be interesting.

Written and recorded over the course of 2020, our album's made up entirely original material. We set out to create a record that was distinctly 'Gnoss', not only by writing the album ourselves but by also looking at how we could use the sonic textures of our instruments to make a blend that was more distinctive that what we've done before.
