Solid production, decent mix. Nice intro does well to set the mood. Amazing classic G-funk style and sound, this track checks all the boxes. Terrific blend of samples and loops, lots of great familiar sounds packed in there. Fantastic arrangement and structure, great modulations and changes that will keep listeners engaged. Awesome array of highly skilled emcees that each bring something different to the table, ranging from that smooth West Coast style to more aggressive "gangsta" verses. The hook that begins around :53 and again at 2:02 is killer, really brings that West Coast vibe and glues the track together. All in all, this is tremendous track that almost serves as a G-funk roadmap, taking listeners on a tour through West Coast hip hop history. This track will absolutely appeal to fans of the genre and hopefully introduce others to the exciting world of retro synths and funk grooves. Brilliant work, by everyone involved!
