Leveling the Build with Flame Golem of the Hordes was really easy. You will die when your linked minions die, so would not recommend for HC.

I might leaguestart the build, but getting Primodrial Harmony Jewels is not easy at the beginning of a league.

Damage heavily depends on Primordial Harmony Jewels. The League Start PoB goes from 800k to ~6m dps, just by adding jewels. Build cost depends on the price of these jewels at League Start (probably ~100c for each jewel).
