In this Video Eric Thomas talks about when you're a true hunter you don't go by the time, you go by the gazelle. He discusses that you must hunt until you get a gazelle and you don't stop until you get one. What the gazelle realizes that the way it goes about its daily business is contingent upon life and death. That if that gazelle does not do what he or she is supposed to do, it will be eaten by a lion. Even if you are a lion and you have the advantage. That when the sun comes up if you are a gazelle or a lion you better get running. The same goes for every single day when you wake up, whatever it is that you do professionally you better make sure you're not in the back of the pack. You must be as close to the front. Because every single day when a lion wakes up there's only one thing on that lion's mind and that is catching the gazelle that couldn't keep up. A true hunter's goal is not the prize. A true hunter's goal is to hunt. That's what they live for. It's the whole process. Some people go upon their daily lives like a gazelle being pushed doing what they are supposed to do as long as your getting motivated, encouraged, or coached your moving but as soon as that stops you stop. You must ask yourself. What's your why? What motivates you? What pushes you? What drives you? What gets you to fuel the mind?
