While they weren't generally loved by the critics, I've always been fond of Devo's Enigma Records output. Total Devo in 1988, and Smooth Noodle Maps in '90 were a much more "Pop Song" version of Devo than their earlier work, but they were just so good at it, and still injected enough of that Devo quirkiness, that I loved it all the same.

This was the lead single for Smooth Noodle Maps, and I bought it the day it came out. A Devolved love song, it still sounds great to my ears!
