Seniors and preschoolers across the island connected through Esplanade’s Intergenerational Angklung Project: Big/Little Music Buddies. Through weekly sessions, participants learned to play the angklung side by side, building meaningful bonds across generations through the joy of music. In celebration of SG60, they came together to perform the beloved classic “The More We Get Together”, a beautiful culmination of the friendships and memories formed through this heartwarming initiative.
A collaboration between Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, the Agency for Integrated Care, and PCF Sparkletots, this programme celebrates the power of the arts in bridging generations and strengthening community ties.
