i wonder if streets as they get older start to retain old events, take on the events of love and warmth, of denial and cold into the concrete and asphalt and replay it in caricature to shape and influence the present, to try and grasp some influence and individuality out of their objective necessity to people as paths... maybe they want to love and die just like us.
