This is a clip from the 1984 supernatural slasher feature "Children of the Corn", adapted from Stephen King's best-selling 1977 novel of the same name.
Child preacher Isaac Chroner (John Franklin) has returned from the dead after being sacrificed to the demonic entity He Who Walks Behind The Rows, by his own cult. Now possessed by said entity, Isaac then takes his revenge on the person who turned the cult against him: his once-loyal lieutenant-turned-power hungry cult leader Malachai Boardman (Courtney Gains), who learns most painfully that karma is a bitch!!!
