चलि-मेरी सखी हो,
वो लगन रांम राया।

ve lagan rama raya।
Kabir says my soul(friend)
is inclined in love of Ram
जब तब काल
बिनासै काया॥
jab tab kaal
binase aaya॥
Kaal(death) can come anytime
and ruin this body
चलि-मेरी सखी हो,
वो लगन रांम राया।

Kabir says my soul(friend) is inclined in love of Ram
जब लग लोभ मोह की दासी,
तीरथ ब्रत न छूटै जम की पासी।
jab lag lobh moh ke daasi
teerath vrat na chhutat yam ke phansi।
If slave of greed, delusion(Maya) then neither going to religious places nor keeping fast will help, you are bound by Yam(death)(you can’t free yourself from death)

आवैगे जम के घालैगे बांटी,
यहु तन जरि वीर होइगा माटी॥
aavaige jam ke ghaalaige baantee ,
yahu tan jari veer hoiga maatee॥
Yamdoot(God of death) will come and put snare of death on you, this body will burn to ashes(turn into soil)
चलि-मेरी सखी हो,
वो लगन रांम राया।
chali meri sakhi ho,
ve lagan rama raya।
Kabir says my soul(friend) is inclined in love of Ram
कहै कबीर जे जनहरि रगिराता,
पायौ राजा रांम परम पद दाता।
kahai kabeer je janahari ragiraata ,
paayau raaja raamm param pad daata।
Says Kabir those jan hari(saints) who are devoted in love of king Ram will reach the highest place(moksha)
