- 100 gram tepung terigu
- 100 gram mentega
- 100 gram ubi jalar yang sudah di kukus dan di haluskan
- 2 sendok makan gula halus
- 3 sendok makan tepung maizena
- selai nanas secukupnya
- 1 kuning telur
- keju
