The first step that we have to do is that we have to prepare all the ingredients
The ingredients are :
1. 3 large eggs
2. 65 grams of flour
3. 25 grams of chocolate flour
4. 115 grams of sugar
5. ½ tablespoon of emulsifier (TBM)
6. ¼ tablespoon of salt
7. ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
8. 90 grams of cooking oil
9. 50 grams of melted chocolate
After we have prepared all the ingredients and now let us start to make it
1. Before we make brownies cake, don’t forget to preheat the steamer
2. Use the electric mixer, please mix the eggs, sugar, salt, and emulsifier for 3 until 4 minutes at high speed
3. After the dough was white and fluffy. It is time to add the flour, chocolate flour, baking powder, cooking oil and of course melted chocolate
