Nataly’s Corner is proud to feature the newest single from recording engineer, composer, music producer and keyboardist Cal Harris Jr. “The Touch” was released January 21, 2019 on the Innervision record label and it’s reported to be on Cal Harris’ forthcoming album titled “Soulful”. This is my first introduction to this talented musician’s music. If this tasty sensually-vibed groove is an example of the sounds I can expect, then I’m most definitely looking forward to his forthcoming album. It’s no surprise that Cal Harris Jr. decided to pursue music for his career. He is the son of Grammy-nominated sound engineer Cal Harris Sr., and his BIO says he “fell in love with arranging music after attending a Commodores session with his Dad”. In his earlier days as a sound engineer and producer, Cal worked with several hit artists such as Earth, Wind & Fire, Prince, Whitney Houston, and Lenny Kravitz [to name a few]. But recording his own music was his real passion, and, in 2010 he debuted the album “Inside Out”. He followed up with his second album, “Shelter Island”, in 2014. Since then, Cal Harris Jr has recorded an EP and a number of successful singles.
