Brahms' Lullaby (Wiegenlied, Cradle Song, Op. 49 No. 4) was written by Johannes Brahms (1833–1897) for his friend Bertha Faber, to commemorate the birth of her second son. It is a lied for voice and piano and was first published in 1868. This version is arranged in Cb Major for intermediate piano solo, and includes lyrics and solfege syllables.
