After my last video of my favourite Pink Floyd solo a friend asked me to record one of my favourites of all time...
Bob Marley - No Woman, No Cry (Live at the Lyceum)

There's just something about Al Anderson's playing at that moment in the show that just captures me, its the perfect solo. The note choice, the feel, the phrasing and the way it just compliments the song so well. It seems so simple but getting that moment exactly right is magic.

After a little read I found out more about him. He was originally a blues rock session guy, before he went to Berklee he even did a session for Aerosmith in their early days. Who would have known he'd become one of the greatest reggae musicians and an integral part of The Wailers

Also... that phaser!
I've never wanted to buy a Phase 90 so much until I sat down to deconstruct this. Such a great sound! (I think that's what he used anyway)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my take on this little tune. Now I need to find the next one to record. Trying to kill some time in my quarantine in China.
