Listen to the sound of ocean waves & gentle piano music to help you relax, meditate, or sleep. Someone once told me that if you visit a large body of water (lake or ocean) during the day, you’ll get a better sleep at night! I hope that the sound of these waves with music transport you to the water and you find that happy/relaxed/sleepy place!

The songs in this video were inspired by many different themes including philosophy, history, love, and complicated moments. When I compose, I often incorporate the things I have been living and experiencing into the tone and/or title of my music. I have been reading a lot of philosophy and history lately and have integrated some of those readings into my compositions. :) 💖 -Clarisse
