अवधूता, गगन घटा गहरानी रे ॥
O unattached one, sky is overcast and darkening ॥

पच्छम दिसा से उलटी बादली, रुमझुम बरसे मेहा,
The clouds are returning from the west, rhythmic rain is falling,

उठो ग्यानी खेत संभारो, बह निसरेगा पानी ॥१॥

काट्या खेत मींडा घर ल्यावे, जा की पूरन किसानी ॥३॥

पांच सखी मिल करे रसोई, जिहमें मुनी और ग्यानी,

(five friends are five senses, even for munis and gyanis are eaten by Maya)
कहे कबीर सुनो भाई साधो, बोवो नाम की धानी ॥४॥
