Description
This is a variation on the acoustic neuromodulation musical video. As with the other video listen for no more than 4 hours per day and space out the listening times (no more than one hour at a time). Find me on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/artist/6hGPHRiWMzZnRZkQZeqDZd?si=1gXvM4U5Q0yT2pFJR52MxA This sound is up on most streaming services, you can loop it there and use it as part of your own management strategy.
I have been experimenting with different combinations of sound and different patterns, seeing what will work and what may produce a greater effect than the original sequence. What I find with many of the sounds that I produce is that they work really well initially, but then the effect can fade from listening to the same sound for too long. That's why I recommend not listening to any sounds constantly.
I listen for a long time when I'm making these sounds, rewinding, honing in on sections, replaying to see what effect they have etc. Over time they stop having the same effect, although I have found that taking a long break from a type of sound helps to bring that effect back again (not as strongly).
I suspect that this is how it is for many people with audio and tinnitus. My first experience of this was with white noise. I had white noise generators that helped my tinnitus at first, but I over used them and had them in a lot. Over time they became less useful and I developed a reaction to white noise, where it now spikes my tinnitus.
