Cut from a VHS recording of Mighty Sam McClain's concert at the Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada) Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival in September, 1997, with the same band members who in October recorded the live album "Joy & Pain" for Crosscut Records in Germany. The band consisted of Peter Giftos (guitar, band leader), George Papageorge (Hammond XB-2), Tim Ingles (bass), Zac Casher (drums), Paul Ahlstrand (tenor sax [courtesy Toni Lynn Washington]), Walter Platt (trumpet) and Ken Wenzel (trombone).
